You must have an appointment to access CLMG. We do not accept walk-ins to the medical office.
Does CLMG also operate as an Emergency Room/Urgent Care?
No, CLMG functions as a primary care medical office. For any emergency or urgent health situation, call 911 or go to your local hospital emergency room.

Who is medical care provided by?
Comprehensive care will be delivered by a team of providers that include an MD, psychiatrist, advanced practice nurses, behavioral health therapists, and case managers.
What insurance do you take/What if I don’t have insurance?
CLMG accepts patients with Medi-Cal, Medicare, Optum, and CalOptima Community Care Network.
Is CLMG only located at the Fullerton Navigation Center?
CLMG's primary care clinic is located on the second floor of 3535 W. Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833. CLMG also provides mobile services at other sites.
Can I schedule an appointment for my friends or family members?
Clarke Lew Medical Group accepts self-referred patients as well as referrals from other individuals, families, community groups, and healthcare organizations. We are Medi-Cal and Medicare-approved providers and have a contract with CalOptima to ensure everyone has a chance to access our services.
